Paid live implementation

The Pilot: a scoped, live implementation

After a free private demo, a pilot is a tightly scoped, paid implementation we launch with you — most often a Customer Response Website, and Voice AI only when it's separately qualified. Not every business starts with a phone pilot.

What a pilot can cover

Scoped to your business

  • A Customer Response Website (the usual starting point)
  • AI website receptionist with your approved FAQ answers
  • Guided estimate intake and response workflows
  • Immediate customer confirmation and structured owner notifications
  • Escalation for uncertain, sensitive, urgent, or out-of-scope requests
  • Voice AI for calls — only when separately qualified
  • Reporting on captured opportunities
What we set up with you

Before anything is live

  • The exact automated-assistant disclosure visitors and callers see
  • Services offered and services explicitly excluded
  • Approved answers and price-discussion boundaries
  • The service area and qualification questions
  • Transfer, escalation, and prohibited-topic rules
  • Who gets notified, and how quickly

Separate steps, on purpose

Payment, onboarding submission, configuration, your testing, and go-live are distinct events. Completing onboarding does not launch anything — the system goes live only after your explicit approval.

Pricing is set with you

Pricing depends on your scope and requirements, so it’s agreed on a short discovery call rather than published here. You’ll see the full amount and terms in a private offer before you commit to anything.

Launch-stage note

We’re onboarding our first pilots. We don’t publish customer counts, results, or testimonials we can’t yet back up, and we make no ranking, lead, appointment, or revenue guarantees.

Start with a private demo

Tell us about your business. We'll show you a private demo first, then scope a pilot with you only if it's a fit.
